I am working on a high level build, and I want a medium flying cohort suitable for a mount. Any suggestions?
Something to keep in mind, is that if your character is medium, any mount at all would have to be at least large to ride. With that in mind somehting like a giant eagle, gryphon, pegasus, or possibly a flying dinosaur would be among my first choices. If you have a really nice DM he might even let you use a dragon like critter. Just kinda lose the higher inteligence and magic abilities and limit it to large or at most huge size. All in all it really comes down to a nice long chat with your DM to see what flying critter he will let you get with the leadership feat =).

I am building a halfling. I am using a synthasist summoner for my mount.
Nope a paladin. The idea to to optimize. This gets me a flying mount and a bonded weapon. Plus the mount can buff.
my other random question now is is this summoner another player or is you DM asking you to play 2 characters?
