Also a witch archetype (beast-bonded? Something like that) and Spirit Binder Wizard's familiars get a few extra feats.
I'm pretty sure somewhere (Familiar Folio?) it says that familiars only have the feats they start with from the base creature, but that you are able to switch out those feats for any that the creature qualifies for at it's base HD/BAB/etc.
