Do wands have an arcane/divine split?

No, they don't.

How any Paladin PC do you know that would take this feat? Pretty Rare huh.

If you think it's inappropriate for a Paladin to have a way facilitate easing people's suffering then I think we have different ideas on what Paladins do.

A Paladin that elects to take craft wand would be able to make a wand of it each and every day even while adventuring.

That seems like it would not be 'pretty rare' but rather something that the creator would look to make available to others to help ease their suffering.

I doubt that you would have blinked at a wand of bless weapon, so it's really a reaction to you feeling that it is 'gaming' the system and that another class' crafting of the item should be setting the price for all such.

But that's simply not the way that they made the game,

I would blink at wand of bless weapon or any spell that is ranger only rare.

yes
Why?
Well most Ranger or Paladin build I see do not take that feat. So I would say is pretty rare. Could you find one for sale sure with work. Will there be endless supplie of them no. Reason Ranger and palidans are to feat starved to give one up Craft Wand. Most of the players I know that play Pal or Rangers go for combat feat. I still think make nice reward for a side quest get Palidan or ranger wand. Do I think it game brakeing no. Just rare.

Or for that matter Divine wands of true strike. Is there Cleric out here that can cast true strike sure but most do not. And even small number of them of the have craft wand feat.

If only small amout PC with domain/Bloodline/mystery ect class can do trick do not cheepen it by leting any one that class do it. Keep it special not comman place. IE rare.

As far as Palidan/Ranger crafter I would see most take Craft Arms & armor, Craft Wondours item, Scride Scroll before wand.

Divine Magical Writings
Divine spells can be written and deciphered like arcane
spells (see Arcane Magical Writings). A Spellcraft check
can decipher
divine magical writing and identify it. Only
characters who have the spell (in its divine form) on their
class spell list can cast a divine spell from a scroll.

If that way for one then should stand to reason it the same for wands. As well... Not RAW but but reason out that way.

And you guys should note rare dose not mean impossable.

Silver Crusade

Back to the original poster's actual query...

Frostbite (Druid/Magus/Witch 1) deals 1d6+1 nonlethal cold damage and fatigues with no save

Frigid Touch (Druid/Magus/Sorcerer/Wizard 2) deals 4d6 cold damage and staggers for 1 round with no save (1 minute on a critical)

Alter Self (basically every arcane 2) is +2 Str or Dex, +10 Disguise, and low-light, darkvision, scent, and/or swim 30' for 3 minutes

Blur (likewise all arcane 2) is 20% miss chance for 3 minutes, rendering you effectively immune to sneak attacks and such

Scarab Sages

Grease (Bard/Magus/Sorcerer/Wizard/Summoner 1) is handy at CL 1 (1 min duration)

Funny. I built a ranger that took craft wand just so je could spam instant enemy.
