1. Do a move action.
2. Start a Coup de Grace consuming a Standard Action
3. Next round (provoking AoO from everyone)
4. Spend a Standard action to complete the Coup de Grace
5. Do a move action.
Yes, you can do that with most full riund actions with a few exceptions. But it woukd provoke tge round you start it

Start/Complete Full-Round Action
The “start full-round action” standard action lets you start undertaking a full-round action, which you can complete in the following round by using another standard action. You can't use this action to start or complete a full attack, charge, run, or withdraw.
Regarding when you provoke the AoO. You provoke it by doing the action. When you cast a spell that takes longer than your full round (say, 1 round spells or longer), you provoke when you start it.
Same thing here, you start leaving yourself open when you start the Coup de Grace. You would provoke on the first round, and finish on the second (if you are still able to, conditions may change in the interim).

The text for this standard action lists which full-round actions you can not use with this rule. Coup de grace is not on that list.
The coup de grace action provokes AoO, so I have ruled when this came up that both of the standard actions to start/complete a coup de grace provoke.

I'm not sure how the AoO would be handled, though. But, since AoOs occur before the provoking act, I would say the AoO happens when you start the Coup de Grace.
