Personally, I would be inclined to take another monk archetype besides the Weapon Master - especially since Quarterstaff Master is already giving you access to Weapon Specialization. I'm quite partial to the Maneuver Master myself, but it would be criminal of me not to mention Master of Many Styles -> Crane Style, which works well with a magus.

I'm confused by a few things.
How are your stats generated (point buy or roll)? why did chose specific stats over others (I would have wisdom over dex and int myself)?
Why do you have Two-weapon fighting? Flurry of blows covers that.
How do you envision your character? are you trying to get in, hit the target and get out? or do you want to sit there and exchange blows?

I rolled them. honestly I do not remember. I had made this as an NPC for a campaign that I was setting up. At the time I had not rolled him as a gestalt at the time. I converted him into a gestalt as a test run.
Why do you have Two-weapon fighting? Flurry of blows covers that.
lol That is way I am asking for advice I mist that one.

Truly If it is a open combat he would be a mobile fighter. I was looking for the Not a fighter at all look. I also was trying to make the best Quarterstaff character I could as fun for the most part.

The Shield spell gives better AC and I think the AC bonus from Staff Magus is also a Shield Bonus so it would't stack.
Also, Shillegah doesn't work on magic staves so it would me outclassed quickly by raw bonuses for to hit and damage and/or apropiate elemental damage.
Remember, you can have a defensive end, with the defensive property and an offensive end, wich you actually use to attack.

Yes if you wanted two weapon defence, you would need two weapon fighting. I don't think 1 ac is worth wasting 2 feat slots for.
True if it was all about Two weapon Defense. The question was why I wanted two weapon fighting if Flurry of blows does it all anyway. Flurry does not meet the Prerequisites of any of the two weapon feats. Double Slice, Two-Weapon Rend, Two-Weapon Feint, all require TWF.

I'd trade monk for Fighter. You don't have enough wisdom to really take advantage of monk. You'll be in armor, but it'll be the sort of armor bards and rogues wear since Staff Magus never gets to cast in heavier than light armor anyways.
Fighter/Magus gives you all the bonus feats you need to get TWF going and then some and your stats are already plenty high to hit the prerequisites so there's little advantage to going ranger except a better reflex save.
I'd go Lore Warden. You lose Armor Training, which you won't get much from; and Bravery 1, which is offset by the Magus's will save progression. In turn you get free combat expertise and a bonus to combat maneuvers. And eventually other stuff. Skill Points are the same as the Monk as long as at least two per level are going to go in Int based skills. With one permanently lodged in Spellcraft that shouldn't be an insurmountable hardship.
Your feat load might look like
1: Combat Casting, TWF
2: TWD*, CE
3: iTrip
with an aim to eventually aim for tripping twirl. Two Weapon Defense gets traded out at level 8 since it overlaps with the Quarterstaff Defense the Staff Magus gets at level 7.

Race: Human
Classes: weapon adapt Monk / staff Magus
Level:3
Stats:
Str 20 (with +2 Human) Dex 13 Con 13 Int 16 Wis 16 Cha 10
(alternatively you can put dex at 16 and put points into int when you need them for spells)
Feats:
Weapon adept bonus @1: Perfect Strike
Weapon Adept bonus @2: Weapon Focus
Monk bonus @1: Dodge
Monk Bonus @2: Combat Reflexes
Magus bonus @1: Quarterstaf Master
Human Bonus: Step up
Level 1: Following Step
Lvl 3: Power attack
This is what I would do I think. Though I probably wouldn't take magus if this was my character. Magus's spell strike and monk's flurry just seem to be in contention with each other to me.

Double slice is already taken care of with flurry too. I would not be planning on feint in any build not using precision damage.
Not having rend is a loss though. But you need to be 15th level to even think about it. I think there are better options.
