LEAP: gesture USB input device (not an Apple product)
For $70 bucks not too bad. It might actually be available by Christmas. Looks very "Minority Report-ish".

I'm not sure. I don't know the technology behind it, but to me, sounds like it might be hardware intensive (which, for me is no problem, I have a i5 2500k + GTX 560 Ti.)
Even so, I'm not sure I'd give up using my mouse for it, and I think I might have carpel tunnel... Or at least my finger joints hurt and feel odd.
What I'd like to see is a public demo, maybe a booth at stores, but then again... I'm in Idaho, we just don't get that lucky :(

I'm surprised Apple, with its billions from its stock, hasn't bought this and incorporated it into their products.
Its so Apple-esque...
I wouldn't use in Zombie-mode but rather more like a trackpad where I'm using a two fingers...one to move the mouse and the second to click/right-click.
For people with actual carpel tunnel, you can vary your actions with different gestures so you're not repeating the same action over and over again.
Heck, you can even use objects instead of your fingers like how they were using Chopsticks to play Angry Birds.
