So we are at Brinewall Keep, and i have a few questions. Our fearless gm is doin some thing that have me rasing eyebrows, and I want to check on this, with out spoling the suprises.
1. Are there a lot of neutrals running about? I have a paladin and have maybe used smite evil once. Some red oni dude just layed into me and i smited him to no effect in the keep. This might be a theme, as the ranger with precise shot is being denied his feats advantages as well.
2. Are there alot of creatures using touch attacks? Most party members have awesome ACs so touch attacks seem to be coming at us from everywhere the last 3 sessions. Which seems annoying and unfair.

This really needs to be a question directed at your GM. When you say it had no effect, do you mean he did not take any extra damage(and are you absolutely certain he did not take the extra damage?), or was it possibly a description of something that could have been missed by you or your GM about what was happening?

There are quite a few things in castle Brinewall that do touch attacks. Badguys in general aren't usually going to try to be fair with you either, so don't get your hopes up about that getting better! :)

That sounds alarming.
Try talking to your DM. They change things in the APs sometimes.
