Ambrosia, I know that Rite's Faces of the Tarnished Souk are basically what your #3 is about.

Yep, but I'd like to see a collaborative compilation, especially if the different 3pps can riff of each other.

1) With gemstone dragons as non-OGL, I'd love to see Super Genius and Dreamscarred come up with a few completely new psionic dragons. I'd really love it if the psionic dragons could draw on (East) Indian/"Vudra" and/or "Lashunta" themes. Bonus points for a psionic archetypes/bloodlines for draconic disciples, psionic warriors, and psions.

2) And while I'm at it, I'd love a Pathfinder "Draconomicon" hardcover with each 3pp contributing completely new dragon types, as well as all the nifty flavor stuff: draconic physiology & psychology, a couple pages of Draconic words and phrases, statted draconic NPCs/BBEGs, etc...

3) And in a similar vein, how about a book of BBEGs ready for GMs to drop into home campaigns? Maybe stat them up at 3-4 different CR/experience levels, with a couple pages of background/motivations/goals and a 1/2 to full page of adventure hooks? If every 3pp contributes 2 or 3, it'd be awesome.

Psionic dragons don't work so well within the framework of Hindu folklore, since the equivalents to dragons - Azi, Maharogas, and Nagas, don't have a strong mental power aspect to them. The Tibetan and Bhutanese Druk, however, which is related to the Makara (Crocodile, later seen artistically as an elephant-headed fish), is associated with Vairocana, and could be interpreted as a psionic creature.

Sorry to chime into what seems to be a thread that's loosing its steam, but here's a special little treat that Andreas, Jeremy, Dario, and I have cooked up for you.

So yeah, hats off to you, Mr. Porter. You're totally right; I'm totally wrong. It can be done, and I'm super interested in collaboration with other 3PPs now.

I know Little Red would be as well. We have two of our designers on break for like a week come Tuesday.

I think the key would be to make it content neutral. Something new. As much as we love a company's rule set or campaign setting we might want to instead keep it neutral ground.

I would be honored to provide any support needed for this.

If the Faces of the Tarnished Souk line isn't obvious enough, I love me some 3pp crossover. I'd be happy to help out with collaborations between the various publishers out there. :)

While it's not precisely what people are asking for, Dreamscarred Press and Radiant House have decided to bundle their two most popular products into one purchase with a nice discount in some other store which shall remain nameless.

Who knows what the future could hold? If people want to see some sort of Pact Magic / Psionic crossover, hearing some voices certainly wouldn't hurt.
