Help with massive underground adventure

Okay, I need some help from the masses here for some module suggestions for a massive underground campaign.

Little background on the issue. I am taking over a campaign for a novice GM who started us in Curse of the Crimson Throne. The issue is that we have 9 players in the campaign, of which 2 have never played RPG, 2 are new to Pathfinder and really only 2 of the remaining players I would call an 'expert'. Also, we only play like once a month.

So, based on this, I am a little daunted trying to run them through a town heavy campaign like Crimson Throne. I thought was to wisk them away to a mild Underdark adventure. The idea being that they are part of an exibition into the Pre-Underdark, first as scouts and later as the protectors of the whole exibition.

Starting out, a base camp is going to be established in a large cavern...probably after they clear it out and from there they are going to scout and map the pathways off of this cavern. As they clear out areas [and go up in experience] the whole base camp will move deeper and deeper into the Underdark.

Based on this model, I can control the environment, ease them into learning the game, and more importantly still give them the base camp to fall back to for rest and relaxation.

Now, what I need is suggestions of underground modules that I can kinda tack onto the main adventure. Nothing too large, probably 4-5 runs each module, but something I can work with on the fly.

At first I'm looking for stuff in the 2-5 level range and then they will probably move the camp every 5 levels or so.

Thank you for your help in advance.

You could probably adapt some of the dungeons from Crown of the Kobold King, Hungry Are the Dead, and Revenge of the Kobold King. Also, there are Underdark/Darklands sections of the Second Darkness adventure path that might be nice for you. They older modules, so they all use the 3.5 rules, which means you'll need to adapt the rules a bit (mostly that means pulling new monster stats from the PF Bestiary and updating a few skill checks here and there).

I'm sure there are many more...
