I was thinking of giving my eidolon extra limbs to hold weapons. Will they benefit from multiattack? If not, how do you calculate their attack bonus?

multiattack could still help, just not with extra weapon attacks.
If your eidolon has 4 arms and a bite attack, and you had it use a great sword (or other two-handed weapon) with one set of arms, it could potentially swing the sword at full BAB, take 2 claw attacks at -5, and bite at -5, if it had multiattack the claw and bite attacks would be at -2 rather than -5.
