1 - The Extra Performance feat says it grants 6 extra rounds of performance. Normally, a performance lasts until the bard ends it. So is it granting an extra performance per day, but the extra performance only lasts for 6 rounds? The only other interpretation I could think of was that it meant to say it grants 6 extra performances a day, which seems a little too much to be granting.
2 - For spells that have a material component, is the material reusable? In some cases, like Message that just requires a little copper wire, it seems like it would be but other spells, like Jump that requires a grasshopper leg ,it seems like your material is too fragile to last for many uses.

Bardic Performance is based off of rounds. At first level, you start with a number of bardic performance rounds per day equal to 4 + your charisma modifier. At every level in the bard class after that, you gain +2 rounds per day.
The Extra Performance Feat grants 6 extra rounds of bardic performance a day, so if you took it at 1st level you would have a number of bardic performance rounds equal to 10 + your Charisma modifier.
Spell material components are not reusable. However, there's an item called the Spell Component Pouch that stores all material components with negligible costs. It basically has an infinite number of all the material components that don't cost gold pieces in it.

1) Extra Performance grants 6 extra rounds of performance a day. The bard can use this to do one 6 round performance, 6 one round performances, or any combination in between. Bards and barbarians no longer get uses per day, they get rounds per day and can enter/stop usage at their leisure.
2) Material components get used up in spell casting, unless specifically stated in the spell that its not used up. Focus items (such as holy symbols) do not get used up in casting.
