How imaginative/creative are you? The Bastards of Erebus is a notoriously short module that in 3, 6 hour sessions, my players have barely passed the halfway point. The time spent on a module is completely dependent on how linear you make your module, how literal your players are, and how creative you design the module. Which module are you running?

It is almost impossible to get a real number for this. There are too many factors;
1. How experienced are the players / gm. Things can take a lot longer if people have to look things up.
2. How focused are the players.
3. How likely are they to roleplay. I've had hours long sessions that didn't use a single page of the module we were playing because it was all roleplay.
4. How many players are there.
The only way to get a number is with a few play tests.
