We know that the Suli are, mentioned in the Qidara book, but what about the others: Carfol, Ratfolk, Vanara and Vishkanya?
Catfolk seem like they would be perfect fit on the continent of Gurund with it's warm plains and jungles, the Ratfolk are found in warm deserts and are known merchants so maybe Katapesh would have some of them. Both Vanara and Vishkanaya have very eastern names and art, so I'm guessing they could be found in Vudura or Tian Xia.
What does everyone else think? Are they even "cannon"? Yet...
They're only "cannon" if you can use them for large caliber artillery. Whether or not they are canon remains to be seen. ;P
The Dragon Empires Gazetteer mentions ratfolk several times. They have a large but fractious territory in the Darklands of that continent.

Catfolk are plentiful in Garund and in the Valashmai jungle, in Tian Xia.
Vanara are most commonly found in Casmaron I believe.
I asked James Jacobs about were the Catfolk and the Vanara are mostly found in. You might want ask him yourself since when I asked was awhile ago and these places are not set in stone yet.
