this really easy. . . . no paladin morality plays or wu shu swords.
I am thinking about playing a cleric of Saranae. Last time, I never got the chance to introduce the character to play.
What domains would be best? Glory and sun for turning undead, with a 15 charisma? Scion of war and the flag feat from Golorian source book?
How about healing domain? I get the feeling thats what the cleric is always using on the fighter in the side bar stories from the CR and APG books.
I looked over my first attempt and I'm not sure I have it right, especially on the stats.
Figure a 15 pt build, please include an option for 20.
OK, do you best! Or worst!
Maybe I will track down Ckorik's paladin of saranae and free the slaves! Yeah, thats it! Evil slave holders! Huh? Wait! Unhand me you brute! AIYEEEE! *thunk* Um, I'll behave but can you remove that big paladin boot of yours from my back?

I'm a cleric of Sarenrae, though I haven't had a chance to go on my first mission for the Pathfinder Society yet. I'm still not sure if I'm happy with all the details of my training, and may take some time to train in different ways before my first mission.
One thing I am sure of is that the Heroism subdomain (Glory domain) is the best available for followers of the Dawnflower.
I went with Fire for my second domain, just to get Burning Hands, Fireball, and Fire Resistance eventually. I'm not 100% sure if that's the best, but it works for me. And Fire Bolt seems like a reliable backup weapon at low levels, though the damage doesn't scale enough to be useful at mid-high levels.
The Healing domain just seems somewhat unnecessary - all good clerics are good healers even without it, and the 1st level skill is only good on people who are dying. If someone is in that bad shape, I'll be more likely to cast Cure Light Wounds or channel positive energy to heal them more than what that ability could provide. I was thinking the Good domain doesn't seem too bad, but in some ways, it's redundant with Glory. And I just wasn't overly impressed with the Sun domain.
If you're a cleric of Sarenrae, the scimitar is pretty much mandatory. But that doesn't mean you have to be melee focused. I decided to put focus my training on manual dexterity to make the crossbow and magic my main weapons. But I've got the scimitar as a backup in case I do have to rush to the front lines, presumably to heal someone, though channeling energy can be done at range.
Something that seems like a good idea for just about any spellcaster is to make sure you get a good initiative bonus. Whether it's Fireball or Prayer, there are a lot of spells you'll want to cast at the start of a fight, before everyone starts moving around. So beating everyone (including your allies) on the initiative rolls will make it easier to have your spell targets where you want them during the first round. So I'm sure I'll take Improved Initiative as a feat eventually, though maybe not at 1st level.
I took Selective Channeling as my first feat, and I still haven't decided for sure on a my second feat, since I'm a human. I was thinking of maybe Point Blank Shot to focus a little on the crossbow, though I know I'll never be as good as a dedicated archer with a composite bow. Other feats I've considered are Combat Casting, though I don't expect to be casting on the front lines that often, or maybe Extra Channel, with the intent of being able to spend my daily channels on Quick Channel or Channeled Shield Wall if I pick those up later.
Btw, you have the symbol of the wrong NG goddess as your avatar.

A neat trick to bear in mind, especially with domains like Fire (with Fireball!) where you have non-cleric spells you want repeated access to, is to use the Preferred Spell feat from the APG to be able to spontaneously cast those spells. This gets around that pesky you only get 1 limitation.

You can also prepare the spell at a higher spell slot, but that gives up a higher level spell for the day. So you could have Fireball as your 3rd level domain spell for the day, and also have Fireball as your 4th level domain spell for that day. That would let you cast it twice in one day. If you know you're going to be fighting things with extra vulnerability to fire, that could be a good plan.
This allows metamagic domain spells, too.

I just recently rolled up a support cleric of Sarenrae with the Good and Glory (heroism) domains. Im MAD as all get out and my main weakness is mobility, I am the metaphorical and literal rock of the party. Here is what my stats should look like for a similar build
15 Point buy:
Str - 12 (2) Dex - 8(-2), Con - 14(5), Int - 12(1), Wis - 14(2), Cha - 13(1)
20 Point buy:
Str - 12(2), Dex - 8(-2), Con - 14(5), Int - 12(2), Wis - 16(10), Cha - 13(3)
Basically you need the Str to carry your armor, scrolls, wands, weapons etc. through the early levels and your Dex is just going to have to suffer. If having a negative modifier is too much for you feel free to adjust and lower your stats. Hitpoints (and thus Con) are(is) needed since you will occasionally jump into the fray when needed and will end up having to deliver a touch heal spell in combat at some point. You only have two skill points so any bonus you can get is helpful (I took human as a race) especially if you end up being the face. Wis is the primary casting stat, but if you want to focus on buffing this stat can take a hit to make up for Dex so that you can avoid the negative bonus. I put Cha at a 13 so that you can take the first eldritch heritage feat if you want (I took arcane to get a familiar), but if you want you can bump it down to a 12 and spend that point somewhere else. I recommend dumping your points into Wis to get at least a 19 and then Con from there (possibly Str depending on how much melee you end up in)
Hope this is a good starting point!
