Question on spell turning.

Hello all.
I just want to make sure...
The BBEG has thrown a spell to the spellcaster with "spell turning' running.
So looks like the spell (dominate) is thrown back to BBEG.

I believe the BBEG can roll for DC.
Which DC shall I use ? The BBEG's original DC (I think that's the right one but I'd like to be sure) or the DC "as if" the caster had casted this spell ?

Thanks a lot for your kind help.

Nothing in spell turning suggest that the turned spell should use the stats of the turner thus the original saving throw DC and caster level is used. Note that in case of charm/dominate spells the primary result is automatic protection against them - the turned spell does not come under the control of the turner so effectively the caster of dominate placed oneself under own control. I would house-rule that he would be probably dazed or maybe confused for one round but that would be all.

Interesting idea yeah...

To be honest I was quite pissed off that the wizard was the BOSS of one of the BBEG and all of his minions.

Just imagine if it used the turner's DC - "The BBEG disintegrates the fighter" "I cast spell turning on him as we went through the door" "Ok, now the BBEG has to save against the fighter's disintegrate DC. The fighter can't cast it, so we'll just use the same stat as the BBEG - Oops, you've got a -2 charisma penalty. I guess he has to save against DC 14. Not a one, he makes it."
