Help with a racist Gestapo Inquisitor build?

He's a Lawful Evil human Inquisitor of 10th level who hates non-humans with a vengeance, and seeks to wipe them from the face of the world. His name is Herr Rettweiler, and I want him to have a very heavy Gestapo feel to him. Does anyone have some ideas for archetypes, feats, and the like to take so that he has this anti non-human Gestapo feel that I want?

While I am personally rather apprehensive about helping make a PC with this concept... I'd like to see it through to it's conclusion so that it might be turned into a Big Bad. Big Bads like this always make players feel good about themselves after slaying him.

Best I can advise, since I haven't looked into it too much myself, is take a good hard look at the region of Cheliax. Their flavor has some undertones of speciesest.

And to clarify, your character is a speciesist, not a racist. Were he a racist he'd more hate the other human ethnicities than non-humans. You may want to include a bit of Xenophobia in there.

Got it. I'll use the correct term, then.

He is a BBEG. I intend him as a recurring villain in my campaign world. What makes him especially nasty is that he has the backing of the local government, which is as speciesist (as well as a bit racist) as he is, so he actually gets away with his behavior. Simply put, he may be torturing and killing people and oppressing anything that doesn't fit his vision of human superiority and racial purity, but he isn't actually breaking the law. Sadly, he's upholding it.

Not sure about the domain choice (I was considering the torture inquisition), but I like the idea of getting a german shepard.
