Correct. The wording allows it to apply to any weapon (natural, unarmed, melee, ranged).
Benefit: As a swift action, you can imbue your weapons with a fraction of your power.

Since Rays count as weapons. I can use arcane strike with my Scorching Ray. Do I gain the extra damage once for the spell or once for each Ray? I would assume once for each Ray since a Ranged character making multiple attacks gains the extra damage once for each shot.
EDIT: Also, would Deadly Aim work with rays? Are Ranged Touch Attacks considered Ranged Attacks?

RAW, this is correct. You'd gain the bonus damage for each attack you made.

Sorry, it wouldn't. A ranged touch attack is both a ranged attack (dexterity based) and a touch attack, which is explicitly forbidden in the Deadly Aim feat text.

Good catch. I am trying to build a blaster wizard and looking to focus on Scorching Ray(available early). Losing Deadly Aim hurts, but I think it is the right call considering all of this damage is on ranged touch attacks which also do not suffer iterative attack negatives to hit. I was looking at using Arcane Strike, Weapon Spec, and Deadly Aim to bump up the damage per ray. It is very feat intensive and costs a few levels of spells. Without Deadly Aim I may need to re-evaluate the build.
