I feel like an idiot for posting this, but it keeps coming up in my games and I've been ruling in the players' favor. When a monster has multiple melee attack, can it use them all in one round as its full-round action?

Assuming the scorpion has a full-round action, can it attack with both claws and its sting, or just the claws or the sting?

It can, indeed, make all of those attacks as a full-round action.
The monster entry will say "or" if it means "A or B" instead of "A and B".
Melee glaive +11/+6 melee (1d10+6 plus infernal wound) or 2 claws +10 melee (1d6+4)

Ah, this makes sense.
One single attack, specifically - in the case of "Melee 2 claws +6 (1d6+4 plus grab), sting +6 (1d6+4 plus poison)", a standard action would allow either the single sting attack or *one* claw attack at +6 (or any of the other things that could be attempted with a standard action).
