Hi I have a two handed ranger that just hit 3rd level. His current feats are Two-Weapon fighting and Double Slice(ranger bonus). I am thinking PA for third level feat but I want to make sure there are no better options at this point.

Check out Treantmonk's Guide to Rangers. Its an amazing guide IMHO.
Also in the guide it says, and I am not telling you to change your character, that a archer ranger who takes out a greatsword does more damage on average than a TWF ranger and hits more often. And after doing a couple test runs with identical rangers, one taking archery, one taking TWF, the archery ranger just destroyed the TWF. In order for the TWF ranger to do the same amount of damage an Archery ranger does with a greatsword, he would need to hit with both hands for each time the Archery ranger hit. For example:
Ranger A is TWF with str 18 and now has TWF and Weapon Focus (a must for TWF). Attack Bonus +2 BAB, -2 TWF, +4 str, +1 WF. OK so he has an attack bonus of +5/+5. With shortswords (the norm in many rangers) 1d6+4/1d6+2 (2d6+6 if both hit.
Ranger B is Archery, so his feats are unimportant (Point-Blank Shot and Precise Shot for example). Str 18. OK so now his Attack Bonus is +2 BAB, +4 str. So a +6. With a greatsword he is getting 2d6+6 damage. The same amount of damage a TWF ranger has and he isn't even feated for it.
But again the choice is yours. I suggest reading that guide. It is amazing. Especially the switch hitter.

I know that archery kills more faster than TWF but I am playing a TWF ranger because I want to for the fun of it. I do want to make sure that I stay useful though. The character leveled to three at the end of the last session, so it can not be changed at this point anyway. I just want to know if there is a more viable option at this level than PA, because even with double slice, I only get +1 damage on the off hand.

Weapon focus is good. I think power attack is wasted on TWF.

Pro Tip:
When you talk about Two Weapon Fighting, say/write Two Weapon Fighting.
When you say Two Handed, people think you are talking about wielding weapons with a Two Handed Grip (e.g. Greatsword).
With that STR and DEX, I would consider taking Quickdraw and switch-hitting...
If you don`t want bows, you can use Daggers/Shuriken (with 2WF)...
If you have a Bard or other consistent (attack roll) buff support (or even just a Rogue who always Flanks with you), PA could work... without that, probably not.
Given that you are a Half-Orc, you are proficient in Double Axe...
If you don`t want to use a Switch-Hitter strategy, at least being able to make your single attacks with 2-handed DMG bonus is a help, and Weapon Focus would apply equally to both ends. At high levels, Weapon Focus in a high-crit range weapon is more GENERALLY useful (vs. non-Crit Immune foes), but Double Axe isn`t bad if you get it for free. Again, if you don`t like switch-hitting (melee/ranged), eventually taking Power Attack would make sense to qualify for Cleave (when you have to move + standard attack, or when slowed, etc).
