I'm thinking they are around CR8 for the ogre, and CR10 for the broodmother. Your advice is appreciated. I started with a hill giant and aboleth. Both are meant to be seriously tough...

Decent Constrict should be enough to represent squeezing life out of the grabed victim.
Regeneration? Regeneration makes Ogre unkillable without fire or acid which wasn't the case for Ogres - Fast Healing should be enough.
Also, in Pathfinder there is no giant type - instead it is Humanoid (giant) - but I would probably give all the darkspawn Monstrous Humanoid type instead.
