Order 1748617

I wanted to touch base with you and ask about my order 1748617 it has not arrived yet and it stated that it was shipped out July 29th. What can I do?

Okay I just got my shippement of 1753086 which was sent after 1748617.

This is disconcerting, what recourse do I have and how long do I wait until taking those steps?.

This sometimes happens, some packages just move more swiftly through the system than others. 1748617, is a running a tad late, however the post office is very good about getting packages to people on time however, they do occasionally become delayed. We have found that most delayed packages show at their destinations within the first week after the estimated delivery date if they have been delayed.
