I am going to start with raising my scimitar from +1 to +3, then assist parity, he needed some work done.

Sorry for the slow down... bizarre work days the last week or so.

Moving things along... If you plan to do some crafting, please post the appropriate rolls here.

Just FYI, I've been cramming for a big test I have to take this afternoon. I'll pick things up again tonight/tomorrow. Thanks for being patient! =)

Additionally, I'll be on the road for a couple weeks starting Monday... shouldn't affect gameplay too much, but if I go dark for a few days, you know why...

Yup, just ignoring the roots and heading for the trunk.

The stick-men-things are supposed to be the root-claws. I didn't have a good icon, though I'm screwed up and made them Large. I will change them to Medium next printing.

looks like I'll be sucking up the AoO. those were awful rolls.

Also note below as it seems the tree has DR against all but slash attacks.

I didn't expect 4 to take 14 months, but with some hiccups and delays we got through it. I hope to push the pedal to the floor and drive the last two 'Minkai' parts with righteous conviction!

The 2nd link Heng posted is probably the closest. The Tomoe Gozen ones are cool, but Hatsue isn't painted up or wearing armor.

Don't have access to the maps but was assuming one door was the stables an the other the fortress. I think more uses of Kiyomis spells is worth it to slip past the grunts and go for the leader. I guess go in through the door where the party is happening.

There are six doors visible. One set leads to what you believe are the stables, the others are scattered around the north to east.

Recommend we wait a bit and see what happens with the distraction. Leader may come to us, who knows? Better than a random guess. At the very least we can enter where we know there are less baddies.

looks like our game play start date was Aug 7, 2011 so right on! I'd have to add up how many posts we've got, but I figured once that we were averaging ~1800 per book so maybe 7Ks.

no worries. I don't know that we agreement on have a plan yet.

Kiyomi and Malnival want to weigh in on just sending Parity out to bring everyone back? He can fly and go invisible even if his sword sees better than him. I'm not worried about it.
