We are not using Hero Points. Unless you guys would really like to. Then I suppose I could read up on the system to understand it better, but for now I don't know the rules and didn't really intend to so... it's up to you guys I guess.

Also: Arknight, my RL friend says he has too much on his plate, so if you can get me a char and things quickly, then you're good to play.

Would like to settle the Hero Points question. Would you guys like to use Hero Points? I will read up on the system and most likely be fine with it if we want to go that way. I suppose I'll put it to a player vote.

Dosen't make a difference to me, though if I had to vote, id actually vote against it. Even though the system is really cool, I think it might take away from the darker, gritter theme of the AP. Unless of course we use the Harrow Point alternative, which would be really cool

I agree we should use the Harrow deck variation from the players guide. Do you have that accessory? If not I think it's free to download somewhere on this site.

I do not have my own Harrow Deck. However, I find the whole of the rules for that flavorful and awesome. If you choose, you may use the Harrow Deck rules. Instead of drawing you will roll 1d48 - 1 for each previous roll. The cards will go in order given in the Carrion Crown players guide. Otherwise you may use the standard hero point system.

Suit Roll: 1d6 ⇒ 4

Alignment Axis Roll: 1d9 ⇒ 6

Result: The Vision (Books, Chaotic/Nuetral) - This is the chaotic neutral card of intelligence. It represents esoteric and arcane knowledge, or madness.

Books (Int): You can spend a books card to recall a spell
you have already cast or to gain another use of a special
ability that is otherwise limited. This should only be used
on spells and abilities possessed by your character that
recharge on a daily basis.

Chaotic Neutral: You gain the effects of rage, as the spell, lasting a duration of 1 round + an additional round for every
3 Hit Dice you possess above the first.

I'm actually thinking of picking up a Harrow Deck, though I don't think it would be much use over a PbP game lol.
