So far, I have found one in the Organized Play document:

OP 3.0.3 wrote:
Tomb Raider (Osirion Faction): You’ve spent most of your life exploring the ancient tombs and catacombs of Osirion. You gain a +1 bonus on Perception and Knowledge (dungeoneering) checks, and one of these skills (your choice) is always a class skill for you.

I'm still looking. Unfortunately, you can take this trait only if you belong to the Osirion faction in organized play.

Also militant merchant (but just dwarves, though you could take adopted) [Taldor: Echoes of Glory]

Honestly, as a GM I just usually do the following :

Skill Trait
You <insert past here>. This allows you to gain a +1 trait bonus to <insert skill here>, and <insert skill here> is a class skill for you.

Then the player just fills in the blanks and hands me his sheet for confirmation that his trait matches his background he gave me for his character.

Makes things much easier than rooting around looking for one trait for each skill

The only difference between a class skill or not is +3.
Just put ranks into it anyway.
