Hi Cyxodus,
Love your work!
RyanB and I were chatting about producing something similar, along the lines of the old Living Greyhawk item record sheets, somewhere you can list all items bought/sold on one running sheet, and you've done just that!
The only thing I'd change, would be to collapse the description columns for bought/sold items into one column to save space, though I think having separate columns for GP bought/sold values is still useful, then drop in two rows of ten checkboxes to keep track of charged items or multiple purchase (eg, CLW wand or quiver of 20 arrows etc).
If the item you bought has less than 20 charges (or doesn't require charges, eg a shield), you cross out the checkboxes you don't need; if it has more than 20 charges, you just span it across an extra row or two.
If the checkboxes were in faded print (eg, 20% grey) you could use them if required, or use this column for other notes, just write over the top of them. This might be a way to keep the "sold" description column, but make it dual-purpose.
Just a suggestion.
Cheers,
Stephen (DarkWhite)

I'll take a look at incorporating your ideas. Maybe change the orientation to landscape and add a few more columns.

This is pretty awesome. Don't forget the rules of the community use policy though. I don't know if you've registered use of the Pathfinder logo, but there's that and the disclaimer that has to go on the bottom.
I'm using this for my games though - it's fantastic.
I wasn't aware of that and I'll have to look into it. Where would I find out about it?
