Horrible order mistake! Order 1682403

Folks, I know you're out through Monday, so I'll try to be patient.

USPS just delivered this order.

Instead of the signed first print that I payed $150 for, I received an unsigned fouth printing.

It was packed quite nice, with styrofoam corner protectors, which is great, but I'd really rather have signatures inside.

Please, please help.

Just wanted to let you know I am looking into this. I won't have an answer until our operations manager gets in, but I just wanted to let you know we will have an answer today.

I've set up a signed copy to ship out to you asap. Its going UPS ground so you will be able to track it once it ships.
Please keep the unsigned 4th printing by way of apology for our error!

As for the 4th printing, if you're absolutely sure, then I'll have to pass it on to a new gamer so they can know the awesomeness that is Paizo and it's staff!

Wow, my 'Loyalty to Paizo publishing' stat just went up like 4 points here - this kind of response is EPIC and makes me want to spend more money with you just to show you all what a good business model this 'superior customer support' is.

Seriously, I'm going to the store to order stuff that I have been 'holding off on' just because of this thread.
