An email is going to go out later today with more info but the gist is that we're going to open the lottery back up and it will run until next Monday (5/23). We'll then post the lottery results between 2pm - 3pm on the 23rd.
If you've already made lottery selections you're ok and don't need to do it again, unless you want to change your selections.

So if we happened to notice the "My Events Schedule" with some things listed (not that I was checking obsessively today), those things may change?

In my case I'm planning to attend so many seminars that I'm not signed up for *that* many games. Maybe it's an epidemic?

Any scheduled events you saw earlier today were not finalized. They should not have been displayed at all.
I could be wrong, but it looks like some events moved around and there are a couple of new ones. That, or I missed them previously. Probably best to just read the email:)

and that a one hour overlap of the morning takes out much of the afternoon :)

Are the painting seminars the only ones in the system?

It might just be that they're supplying materials for the painting events, so they need to have a more exact number of attendees than for the general seminars.
The painting and miniatures events with limited supplies (we've set the attendance at 20 people) are part of the lottery. Other seminars, I believe including the Reaper painting seminar, are listed on the "Open Events" tab.
A little last minute.. but on Sunday is:
"Building and Borrowing Worlds Seminar" supposed to be at 10-11 am? Right now that time is open, and this one is overlapping "Auntie Lisa".

So add some events! Everyone's is almost blank until they start adding the Open Events.

I had only ended up with one lottery event, but I gave it up after I noticed it said 7th level characters. There wasn't enough info if it it required you to have a 7th level character, which I do not, so I gave it up. The Lottery extension also through my plan to sign up for open events, but I missed out on my chance to sign up for those tables. Oh well.
