In the scenario I'm currently writing, the party will find themselves in a narrow alleyway where their enemies will drop a large net on them from the second story of a building. For the purpose of the attack roll, should I roll one time or roll multiple times against each character?
I can almost justify either approach depending on circumstances, but I was wondering what the official word would be. Thanks for the help. :)

Since a large net dropped by several people isn't really a weapon attack, I'd just go with a reflex saving throw for every char under it, with you setting the DC (as if it was a triggered trap). To be fair the PCs should get a Perception check first.
Basically, you're in GM (as opposed to RAW) territory here, but an attack roll doesn't sound right.

I'm with Nixda here, I would treat it as a trap.

I think Nixda has the right idea with the reflex save. I probably wouldn't give them the Perception test as a freebie. They should ask for one I mean honestly they are walking into a narrow alleyway. Even if they all fail it once you make pcs roll for something the paranoia will kick in (Unless you want that ^_^) and then they may avoid it all together.
