So, I haven't read the whole thread, so forgive me if this is covered, or no longer the discussion at this point.
10.5 is the average of 3d6. So that could put alot of your numbers off. It depends on if you took that into acount. Some of your numbers look a little off, but not more than a couple tenths of a %.
Personally, my standard for stats is that every 2 points is 1 standard deviation (which I believe is 15 points on an IQ scale). This leads to some interesting things. 68% of the population is between 8 (85 IQ) and 12 (115 IQ). 2.5% of the population would be 6 (70 IQ) or 7 and also 13 or 14 (130 IQ). Someone with an 18 (IQ 160) is 4 standard deviations from the norm, or 1 in 30K. A 22 would be 190, but really the IQ scale breaks appart at extremes due to a lack of a good method of measuring differences.
