A Quick search of the wiki has him as a staff PC stated up in the NPc Guide.

He is in fact, my PC from the office Sandpoint campaign. And yes, he did get a stat treatment in the NPC Guide.

Is this like the same thing when the DM favours one PC over the other in terms of story, or magic items and everyone else gets annoyed, or Lead Designer prerogative?
