Howdy. I have a 7th level Shadow Witch, with 1 level in Bone Oracle (8th level in total). She has the required ranks for the Prestiege class Diabolist. She also has the required allignment and level.
However, planar ally isn't on her spell list. Nor is planar binding. Unless it was put in there in the Guide to the Inner Sea, she can't actually learn the spell.
Has the special been waved for PFS? I know the special for Hellknight was waved, though that was more difficult to achieve. Also, it doesn't say speceifically that she has to know the spell, so would a scroll allow her to gain access to this class? If simply her instructions were to carry a sword or something at a safe distance away from the enemies, would that work?
I understand that Imps have a large ego about them, but that seems the best to summon. So she may give a slightly more worth task... Lemures seem like they would die too quickly, and anything bigger might cause a problem. Though, I may summon an Erinyes and sacrifice our cleric just to have him resurected... I have the PA!

The requirements don't specifically say that you have to personally prepare and cast the spell, just use it, so I'd suspect that a scroll would be sufficient to call up the devil to meet the requirement.
