Once again you and your mercenaries have defied me, VM. Yes, I am Leafar the Lost! I have lived over and over for more than 1,000 years. I created my own land, only to lose it time and time again. I have been to the Outer Realms, and I literally lost my mind there. Throught force of will I returned to this world, only to battle with "people" like you, but I don't consider "Cats" to be people.

Clearly, you are some sort of Bard, and all of this information will be revealed on another thread in the Homebrew section of Paizo. I will call it, "THE WORLD OF LEAFAR!!!". It was also reveal my recent war with JMB031 over Mairkuria, in which I went back in time and made his father infertile to wipe out his existance. All very interesting...
Notice the delusional state of the subject. How he clearly believes he is the so-called "Leafar the Lost". Also, his delusions are obviously of a grandiose type as he believes he is someone of great importance and power. Secondly, notice how he has started to get the facts wrong as his delusional thinking is being challenged.

Second fact that he seems to be getting wrong is that I have any power or sway over this so-called "Mairkuria". It is a fictional place that I'm sure even the original person who mentioned it no longer cares about what Mr. the Lost believes he is doing with it.
Lastly, notice how he has forced himself to believe that the only way for him to "defeat" me is for him to "go back in time and wipe out his existance". This is because his current state is very fragile as he is having trouble continuing to believe he is the "all powerful Leafar the Lost" as long as I still exist to confront him with his obvious lack of power.
Furthermore, he has taken this particular route as he feels it would actually work despite the limitations that were placed upon him by myself in regards to what actions he could potentially do.
Prognosis for this individual is poor to guarded at best. Recommendations include "Aversion therapy" where all staff and other patients completely ignore this individual, "Reality testing" where all other staff continue to poke holes into his delusional thinking, or "Electroshock therapy" where certain staff members find out where he lives and "shock" him back to reality.

Indeed, my good JMD031, I would posit that while your prognosis is correct, the only recommendation I would second is the "Aversion therapy", since this individuals particular delusions have shown to be, paradoxically, extremely maleable and, at the same time, very stubborn in its insistence, making the "Reality testing" type of therapy an uphill battle that I would relegate to professionsal of higher mental fortitude, capable of withstanding the individuals antagonistic views. As for the option of "Electroshock therapy", while the one that would be most effective and most satisfactory, could be constructed as not being wholly ethical.
