Help with Gift Certificate (Customer Service)

Hi I recently added the guide to the inner sea and purchased it. However I wanted to apply a gift certificate with it, It did not apply it. Can I get some confirmation that the gift certificate worked for that shipment. Thanks

The Inner Sea World Guide is in your sidecart waiting to ship with your next subscription order. As it hasn't been shipped yet, we have not charged for it.

I've marked your account so that it will "Use Store Credit for Subscriptions" so that when your World Guide ships with the next subscription it will use this store credit on the order.
