I am playing in a homebrew game and decided to make a Dhampir Rogue. He's currently level 3 though I'm having trouble figuring out what path I want him to go down as far as feats/abilities are concerned. Here is all the relevent information
Name: Damar
Ability scores(in order): 14, 18, 13, 17, 12, 14
Feats Selected: Two-weapon fighting, Weapon Finesse(from Rogue talent I think)
Rogue Talents: Silent Hunter
Traits: Fencer and Rich Parents
Weapons used: Keen Rapier(main hand), mw Dagger(off hand), and Light Crossbow
Armor: Mithrial Shirt
Archetype: Burglar
Background: Damar is the product of a forbidden love and does his best to hide what he is from those that don't know him(pretty much everyone that isn't in his party). He spent the last 30 years of his life(he's 120) living on the outskirts of a small village only going in town at night to decrease from what little wealth the town had. The town was recently attacked and he had to flee for his life where me met up with the only four towns people that knew what he was(thank you lazy DM). They are currently trapped in a valley which is undergoing a three sided war(Barbarians vs Drow vs Outsiders(tieflings)) and on his first night in town he was arrested by the Barbarians as a suspected Drow spy. He was freed from the towns stratigist, a wizard that is being held captive by the barbarians. After some difficult conversations between the head of the barbarians and the town strategist it was decided that our group should go forth and try to gather information on the other two main camps in the valley. I think it will be up to Damar to get this information out of people.
If your wondering the other classes in the party are: Sorcerer, Fighter(Sword and board) and Fighter(archer), cleric, and if we get the 2 new players that the DM is planning on adding probably a Druid and a mainline fighter of sorts.
When in combat I would like him to be able to two weapon fight and flank for sneak attack. The way he's built now he gets 3d6+d4+3 if all his attacks hit and he's flanking. When out of combat he's going to pretty much focus on hiding his true self from those in the valley(disguise checks are his friend) and when no one else is stepping up he will use his decent other skills to talk to people.
Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

sounds cool,i like the character, dark and light.
i like to have a plan for attack and defence, i'm also playing a two weapon rogue. another way to get sneak attack is to feint (relying on bluff which you probably have a high rank in) in combat or to use dirty trick and blind the opponent, the only way i know to get two attacks with sneak attack is to flank, or to surprise the defender from stealth and use ranged attacks, you could also use bluff to cause a diversion and then hide. if the game involves allot of roleplaying aswel then diplomacy and other skills could be the key ones for the games, as it looks like the cleric may be the next character to have a high skill in roleplaying related things, the rogue gets alot more points to use.
thanks for the outline of the character .
also with such a high intelligence it might be good to take a wizard or witch for enough levels to become an arcane trickster.
also power attack is good for damage. you have allot of options.
the character i'm playing: the group was very generous with ability scores
