Quick subscription question

I signed up for my subscriptions last month, opted to have this months volumes be my first shipment, so I have yet to receive anything.
My problem is that the shipping total in my sidecart is saying that the shipping estimate will show up when I select an adress, yet when I input my shipping address nothing fills in, and the address doesn't show on my My Subscriptions page.
Is that normal, or is it a glitch?

This sounds like a glitch. I am not sure how your subscription ended up without an address. If you could let us know via email ([e-mail]) what the correct shipping address is I will manually add it to the subscriptions and hopefully get this working.

E-mail has been sent. I am currently at work, so I'm limited to my phone, which has been twitchy lately, so let me know if you don't see the message.

I have added the address to your subscriptions and you should be able to view the estimated shipping costs now.

Everything looks copacetic on my end. Thanks again.

One other quick question, the pdf's show up in my downloads when it ships, not the release date, correct?
