I signed up for my subscriptions last month, opted to have this months volumes be my first shipment, so I have yet to receive anything.
My problem is that the shipping total in my sidecart is saying that the shipping estimate will show up when I select an adress, yet when I input my shipping address nothing fills in, and the address doesn't show on my My Subscriptions page.
Is that normal, or is it a glitch?

This sounds like a glitch. I am not sure how your subscription ended up without an address. If you could let us know via email (customer.service@paizo.com) what the correct shipping address is I will manually add it to the subscriptions and hopefully get this working.

I have added the address to your subscriptions and you should be able to view the estimated shipping costs now.
