I hope everyone of you guys and gals had a good Easter, and a good Monday.

If there is such a thing.

I'd call it one here. Got Subway for dinner, and T-minus an hour and a half to Kingmaker time.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA........

We got home and the wife went upstairs to use the bathroom while I checked mail. Inside was a Jury Duty notice for her. I called upstairs with the news and she thought it was an April Fool's Day joke.

Again, I say...

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...........

Awesome!!!

I put a rubber snake in the microwave for April Fools day. Worth it.

My programming professor seems awesome. I am tired from starting on the homework on first day though.

You know, the more time passes, the more I realize that I'm never going to understand these human females. I think I'm going to go back to whatever planet my parents bought me from and live there.

Still recovering from wisdom tooth removal. I wish I didn't get nausea every morning.

I wonder if it's because of the meds, or because of my swollen face.

Scarab Sages

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! It's sunny but cold morning here in Philly. Hope everyone has a good day.

Shiny, I don't think any of us dudes will ever fully understand chicks. It just ain't possible.

And even if you did, you'd probably end up like some poor survivor of a Cthulhu story - bat s#~@ crazy.

Awesome news on the interview, Scint! Is it for a teaching placement for the Fall?

Silver Crusade

Morning, all. What did I miss?

Yep! Middle school language arts.

Not gonna lie, I do not expect to get the position. But this is the first interview I'll have had, and just getting some experience with that under my belt will do wonders for my confidence.

An NPR news program got me with a pretty good April Fool's joke.

That's great!

I am going to go to bookstore I passed in the Saturday where a note "looking for an employee" was hanged and ask about it. Where did I put my printed CVs? Also, probably I should get a bit of shave before leaving.

And on way back I have to get some grub.

To all those who play(ed) Lord Of The Rings Online...

Volume II, Book 9:
Wasn't it rather obvious that idea of exchanging Mazog for enslaved dwarves was stupid in the first place? What value dethroned Mazog could have to master of Dol Guldur?

If you haven't reached Mirkwood yet I advise not reading the spoiler. If you haven't reached Moria even more so.

Texas, oh Texas!
Thou are sounding more appealing every day.

Well, not all of Texas. Remember it is the size of France, and the West Texas section was rather s$*#ty IMO.

Still, I'd love to take a crack at the Houston area. I'm getting mighty sick of my homestate of Taxacommuchusetts.

Ok, so I have to write cover letter and leave it at book shop with CV. They will consider it or not.

I am a bit fatigued after carrying the grub back. AT least I have five kilograms of potatoes that should suffice for a few days.

And apples!

Also bought myself a milk. I find myself doing that more often recently. Like once or twice a month instead of once every few months.

I will have to buy sugar soon.

And pay some bills.

Woo journal complete. Been a few weeks since I put one up due to all the hiatuses and delayed sessions and the general "not much to write about here" of the last session we did play.

Making and statting up the Songspawn was a bit too much fun. Especially searching down bizarre enough images to give me inspiration for their forms and associated abilities beyond just their names.

That is all good news, Lindisty!

In other good news, my bonus is going to be double what I was expecting. That means I can make that trip to visit my mother AND put tires on my car. Huzzah!

Well this day just keeps getting better. I got a voicemail from the company I interviewed for and they are making an offer.

The offer is about $5k less than I was shooting for, so I may have to bone up on salary negotiation techniques, but in any event... awesome!

Woooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

rubs up against ch for luck
Lord knows I could use some....

A little lower...

1535 missed. Wow!

Let me know if I missed anything noteworthy.

I have wrapped up the AZ job successfully, and I should be off to Corpus Christi TX soon. BTW, the White mountain area of Arizona is beautiful!
