I think I prefer my puffin roasted. Or lightly toasted. A puffin frosted would be nice, so long as that puffin is delicately iced. Puffin is good when roasted over wood. But barbecued puffin, all lathered in sauce? That, I think, would be quite boss!

{wacks the PMG with a nun ruler} No, no, NO! You don't go eating the nice Puffin, even if he is covered in BBQ sauce... we don't eat our friends.

'Sides, it's actually duck-, er, pony season.

I love puffins. I had 2 for lunch today.

So, you're saying you had a mouth load full of puffin?

Huzzah!! Hope you had fun and kicked prophetic butt.

I showed them how Obadiah is done!

Out of curiosity, do many of the performers you know use beta blockers to combat stage fright? I was surprised at how many I know do, even the pros.

Not that I know of. I've performed with people who insist upon a nip of brandy, but not medication. Maybe I have, though, and just didn't know it.

300+ posts is too many for a Monday morning. If there's anything important, let me know that I missed it. (+1 to anyone not having good days)

Weekend was a blast. Friday night started the Shadowrun campaign off with a betrayal (ahh... new Runners). Saturday we cleared the first and second floor of Harrowstone prison and headed down to the basement (And, realized my Dwarven Rogue is both Ray from Ghostbusters and Velma from Scooby-Doo... Don't ask). Sunday spent the day with my girl and saw an excellent X-Men: First Class (I have to say it's the best X-Men film, but I would NOT change the order of release.)

IEP meeting today. And after I'm driving over to Caro to see my sisters. My middle sister is visiting from Florida and I hardly ever get to see her.

I too have a distant sibling - my older sister (ex marine mother of four, five if you count the husband) is in Warner-Robbins Georgia.

Edit - What's an IEP meeting?

Individualized Education Plan. We're trying to get the stuff in the plan that should have been there before. And we want to get all of this ironed out now so everything is in place the way that it should be for next year.
I see. Working with the education system can really be a nightmare.

Definitely!

Hi all.

Well, I’m in a good mood, it is lunch time on Friday here in Sydney and tonight is game night. Our newly 10th level heroes get to put the smack down on the mysterious, monstrous (and no doubt tentacled) entity that lies trapped under the ancient Thassilonian city we’ve been exploring. Then it’s back to the main story line (presumably) with a new GM at the helm.

Tentacles, never a good sign!

Not you CJ, but I don't want to block this poster, most of the time they post funny and informative stuff, but this last few days really awful awkward discussions have cropped up.
