I've never understood how some people can make so much noise just by walking. I'm a big guy, but I walk fairly softly. Yet I've seen very petite women walk down the hall and it sounds like they are stomping as hard as they can (even though they aren't). Weird.
Like the rooms aren't that big I don't know how I can be hearing constant pacing.

Maybe they're trying to get all their steps on their fitbit in there?

(Notice, I correctly used "there", "they're", and "their" in that sentence.)

Like I have no problems with They're I just think They are. Its the other two I always confuse. Even reading your sentence I'm still not terribly sure why you put one there (maybe?) and the other one there.

Edit: and try not to worry about that down there.

"They're" means "they are".
"There" means "that place".
"Their" means "belonging to them".

Personally, I sometimes have trouble with "its" and "it's". I think I usually get them right, but I know I don't always.

If Bruce Wayne had been afraid of clowns instead of bats, he might have become the Joker.

Going to McDonald's and ordering a salad is like going to a prostitute and paying for a hug.

I always thought the concept where bruce gets shot instead and his dad becomes batman and his mom becomes the joker was a novel idea. An interesting take on how different people handle grief. Maybe a bit extreme. Also it makes one want to think about the actual jokers relationship to batman. I think now a days in the comics they are even hinting that there are more then one joker (and I don't mean just actors. )

We need more hugsitutes in the world.

If you become a superhero, don't wear a full-face mask like Spiderman. Just think what would happen if you suddenly had to sneeze.

Welp, gonna just pull the trigger on this now.

Hope you guys are doing well, I need to go overhaul my entire twitch stream to be AM BARBARIAN-themed before the 25th.

In the early years of school, getting a fraction as an answer to a math problem was scary. Later on, finding a whole number as an answer was scary because surely it couldn't be that simple.

That one reminds me of a test I took in biology class in high school. It was a 50 question True-False test with every answer being true. It was terrifying because you just knew that there was no way that every answer could be true. I had that same teacher for an Anatomy & Physiology class, and he gave a 50 question multiple choice test with every answer being "C". Again, absolutely terrifying.

Not familiar with that, but then again, I don't read comics. And if I did, I would probably read Marvel rather than DC.

I prefer marvel but I make exceptions for certain justice league members and occasionally Constantine.

OMG I've had test like that where surely it can't be C again where did I mess up!

Should I be hearing ominous music? xP

Well to be honest, I didn’t think of pilates, nor did I think about the things you could do when you can’t get out of the house. The last time I was stuck at home due to HFMD, I know besides sitting around like a bum, I did try doing some situps, crunches, bicycle kicks, push ups etc.

Feel like the reply button would of been appropriate on that one^

I am glad that Mc Donalds is offering salad though. It’s all that I can’t eat fries because I’m trying to lose weight thing.

I think the point is there is probably a better place to go to for salads.

I know a rather big guy who moves soundlessly. Again one of his hobbies is hunting, so what were you expecting.

I think how to move soundlessly has to do with how well your shoes fit you and to make sure you do heels toes walking. Like in my current shoes I'd probably stomp because they're too big for me.

We played Pathfinder last night for the first time since May. (Moving sucks.) It wasn't long enough and I had kinda forgotten where we were, but luckily WW takes good notes.

Best moment of the game: WW hadn't finished his level-up and was in the middle of promising to finish it before our next session.
WW: "Oh! I should add Greater Invisibility for Teensy Valeros before our next big battle!"
Val: (rolls eyes) "Daaaad! That won't work! As soon as I attack, I'm visible! (He's five. I'm proud.)
WW: "Greater invisibility doesn't have that problem."
Val's eyes got really big.

You should be proud of him. I'm not sure if I'd understand invisibility at 5.

Ok, Singapore, I got questions.

1) Why do you have Sweet Corn flavored ice cream?
2) Why are you serving ice cream on bread?
3) Why the f*%* is the bread pink and green?

Thank you.

1) Sweet corn is one of the toppings we put on an ice kachang, so someone thought it might be a great ice cream flavour.

2)We ran out of ice cream cones? Nah, I think it's because having soft bread for breakfast is quite common here so it's our local interpretation on how to serve ice cream.

3) it's for kids so we get it all fancy colored.

And honestly don't be so judgemental, put everything together, it still tastes fine.

The Exchange

I was actually in the process of answering them lol.

Fancy colored bread is the best bread.

Cake is also fancy colored bread, after all.

The Exchange

You see one of our traditional breakfasts is the Kaya toast, where we put sweet coconut jam, sometimes with cold butter, on bread.

So there's really nothing wrong with putting ice cream on bread. It's cold and sweet.

Ice cream and cake work out pretty good. Its not too far from that I suppose. I probably won't be trying it but I guess its not that far of a stretch.

It would get soggy as the ice cream melted.

And I wasn't trying to be judgmental. I know it doesn't really come across in text, but I was trying to be funny via hyperbole with the whole "WTF" thing. I still think ice cream on bread sounds weird, but hey you can eat it if you like.

Trinam wrote:

Cake isn't colored bread. It's sweet and soft. Coloring is incidental.

See, I don't like ice cream and cake together. Keep them separate so the cake doesn't get mushy.

No no no. Cake over here, ice cream over there, and they meet in my belly.

Aren't brownies eaten traditionally with ice cream?

Brownies=cake.

Darn it people I just a few posts back that I was going to start my exercise routine again stop making me want to eat brownies cakes and ice cream!

Just a Mort wrote:

I would argue that brownies are not cake, they are different. Also, I dislike brownies, with or without ice cream.

Don't like brownies? wow not gran is the weirdo. forget the ice cream bread thing. :D

The Exchange

Brownies without ice cream is too dry for me, so yeah, gimme brownies with icecream. Sorry Vidmaster - it's all gran's fault for making me talk about cakes and ice cream.

The brownies I make are not dry. Their not very cakey igther. I use Chocolate chunks and make there consistency kind of thick and moist.

I've had primarily dry brownies. They are not food. I've had thick, moist, brownies. They are not worth eating. I just don't like them. Never have, never will.

How do you feel about chocolate in general?

I like chocolate. Quite a lot in fact. I just don't like what happens to it in a brownie.
