Starcraft.

Although, I don't mind the campaign. But the campaign is resource allocation not APM.
Edit: EVERYONE plays Starcraft naked.
Its in the rules.

I like starcraft 2 a lot especially the Co-op missions. I get to frustrated and angry at the 1 v 1 however.

I like the cut of that shield maidens jib!
Knew someone like that back in my dorm-days. You could hear her, when she had "visitors" in just about every other room in the dorm-hall.
When we meet her in the common kitchen, someone usually would ask her if she had been "feeding the lioness, during the night" ^^'
A Smart and Sweet young woman though, could probably have gone for a shield maid if given the proper attire and equipment.

Must say, I a bit partial to loud, tumultuous and vigorous love too...though there most definitely a place for cuddling/snuggling too.

*looks at the sniffling drake, and hands him a large mug of tea and honey, a large glass of juice and final a nice a smallish glass of Rum*

There was a woman at my workplace who was the very model of an old-school shield-maiden, being well over 6 foot, blonde, and built like the proverbial brick outhouse. She was a biker, too (not a surprise).

Just did the brawl. It's a little hard to do Rag and his brother, but in the end I managed to do it on a baku pally.

You don't have to win for the card pack though.

Yeah I just got the pack. That was all I was interested in.

I still haven't fired up Hearthstone. Guess I'm out of the habit.

The Exchange

I wanted to see what happens if you beat them though. So curious.

Did you beat them?

Yep I did them. There's no special animation or whatsoever so =(

Iron Brew? What's so special about it except that it's found mostly in Scotland?

Me neither. Played for a while, then began to find the monetization model and gaming cycle frustrating. All in all I deemed it to little reward for time invested.

Also me and Blizzard...lets just say I'm critical of a few things.
If I was to being playing virtual card games again I would probably try out Gwent ^^'

It's one of my favorite sodas.

It has this weird and delicious bubblegum-y taste!

what now?

Mm, mort got you to explain.

The Exchange

Kjeldorn was the one squealing like a girl, why don't you ask HIM to explain?

Though I could...he just saw a beverage that he liked.

And sorry Kjeldorn, I'm not really a fan of bubblegum.

Not a gummy cat?

*frowns*

No matter! I know I Can ply you chocolate! ^^

How do you feel about licorice Mort?

No, it's really good! It's my favorite soda, too.
It's sort of like a cross between cream soda and tutti-frutti.

We're leaving my Mom's house today after breakfast and we won't be back until Christmas, which means that Val and Hermione will be emotional and throwing tantrums over nothing all day.

Anyone else having problems with Netflix.

Every time I try watching something it says "Oops! Something went wrong! Try reloading the page" and then does it all over again.

God, I hate Netflix.

*Offers LM a hug*

Wish I could help somehow, but I fear I don't neither your kids or the rest of your family well enough to give sage advice.
I can only say that giving them the room to rage might be good for them. Though it can be hard to spot, there might be some grains of true emotions an feeling hidden in the tantrums, so space and keeping a single ear open to them might be the best course of action.

Then again, from what I've seen here on the forums, I'd probably much rather defer to your judgement LM. You seem to be a much better mother, then I would make a father.

You're absolutely right about the first part, but not about the second. I have a bad temper and I get frustrated and yell far too often.
When they don't listen, when things are all going completely wrong (again), I yell and everyone else sulks. It's not great.

I have to admit, the ads for dating sites that feature beautiful young women always bemuse me, because my first thought is, "If a woman that attractive can't get a steady date, there's gotta be some serious psychological baggage under that pretty exterior."

I think it also says something that every Final Fantasy database site has nothing but dating ads...

The Exchange

I don't look forward to the time that I have kids throwing tantrums. I'm also a grouch too.

I caught some low-quality sleep. Low-quality even at me, which is saying.

The bad: when I get the cough spasm, it is deeply painful though nothing really worrying, simply the tissue within back of my mouth around the way further down is terribly sensitive, and coughing or swallowing sends needles of pain.

The good: I don't cough most of the time.

The annoying: because swallowing is painful, the best short term option is to not swallow for extended time... Except that seems to dry the sore tissue even more, so when I have to swallow (I don't know 'bout you, but I have to swallow every know and then) its might be a tad more painful than the regular swallowing.

Ok, end of complaint.

For now.

I've been on a steady NyQuil diet for about two weeks now. The Q is talking to me.

Do lozenges help, Drejk? We can't have you setting the world on fire.

This morning's moral quandary:
Whether to dig into the last slice-and-a-half of my mother's phenomenal rhubarb pie.
It's sitting here on the kitchen counter in a Tupperware pie keeper and it is KILLING me.
But she has promised to make waffles this morning with hot apple-rhubarb compote.

(I have a thing about rhubarb.)

WITHOUT ANY DAMNED STRAWBERRIES MUCKING IT UP TO MAKE IT SWEETER THAN IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE AND HIDE THE FLAVOR.

I'll leave the rhubarb to you lot. I will take the strawberries off your hands, though.

It seems that warm (or even hot) tea with lemon and two teaspoons of sugar works the best to placate the pain, though it's still a short term effect.

Almost sounds like a case of strep throat...

If you have a slight fever and "pus channels" developing in the back your your mouth, that might be it then.

*Plys drake with more Rum to disinfect his throat*

Just a Mort wrote:

Not really. Those I got today morning even less than the ones I used up yesterday.

Tea works better.

Yeah, that might be strep throat, though I am not sure if I had any fever or not - it's so damn hot (reminder, the red color is misleading, I am autumn dragon) that I feel overheated all the time. Especially that I have even greater problems sleeping than usually when I don't have some cover on my shoulders and my head.

I haven't seen developments on the back of the throat while looking into mirror, although I don't have good light to lit up insides of my mouth to get better view, but I definitely have yellow coating on my tongue that is common for bacterial (or fungal) infections.

A negative side effect is that I don't have drive and energy to write blogpost that I planned for this Sunday, instead going for an easy mode and writing another monster (and a variation/crossbreed of exiting one/s at that).

First off: Yes LM you deserve a piece of pie ^^
Secondly: Would never call you a bad mother! You might be a grouch, but that's nowhere near the same ballpark.
Thirdly: Must honestly say rhubarb isn't my cup of tea. It used pretty extensively up here north, for desserts, jams and porridges. Might be why I'm not really that into it...

Gran can get the strawberries, not really my thing either.

*Pats Drejk on his scaly back*

Yup the heats been unbearable these last couple of week. I think the average is around 30-32 degrees up here.

Maybe a blindfold could help you sleep?
I hope you get to the bottom of your ailment, we can't have you sputtering and coughing through this summer.

I will see about adding rhubarb something to your housewarming package.

If it won't get better until Monday or Tuesday, I'll go visit a doctor. I haven't been on antibiotics for ages... Around to 10 years. Assuming it's strep and not some viral infection.

If I don't get enough sleep today I might even get the money and go tomorrow.

Also not a rhubarb fan. Too bitter.

I've always seen Solarian as Starfinder Jedi, but all the Star Wars fans around here I've talked to have balked at the comparison.

Are they wrong, or am I.

While I don't really play Starfinder...
I would hazard the guess that Solarians are pretty much as every other class.
That they are what you make of them.

So, in a way neither of you are really wrong here, I guess?
