Orthos, I just talked to the wife. The is a waiting line for upgrading to Windows 10. She suggested that you add yourself to that line now, because it may take a while. She hasn't done the upgrade yet because she is still in line for it.
Edit - I suggest doing the usual before any update or upgrade. Make a FULL backup of any important files. Make a save of your favorites from IE and Firefox. Check to see if your hardware is compatible with Windows 10. Do any hardware upgrades BEFORE the Win 10 upgrade to verify that they work. Back up everything again.

Think the Mars Pathfinder (ours), missile guidance systems, pilot ejection seats, or those stupid little digital picture frames that display pictures of random families at you. All ours. When weight and/or price are at a premium, RAM size goes down. (You wouldn't believe what radiation-hardened RAM went for when Pathfinder launched.)
4 MB of RAM in 2000?!
Ah, those, yeah, the physical size does matter there, and the bigger isn't better there...

Orthos wrote:How much does that cost and where is the link for it?Okay, thanks!
This is why I have a 1 TB Google Drive account =)
If you have Gmail account you should have a google account attached to it, with a 15 GB google drive for free. 100 GB is $2/month and 1 TB is $10/month according to what my google drive shows me.

From your main Google Drive page, click on "Upgrade Storage" on the bottom-left, above "Get Drive for PC".
It's $9.99/month for 1 TB. 100 GB is $1.99/month if you don't need that much.

Interesting Mythbusters info. Sadly it will be ending soon.
It's been going on FOR YEARS. Met several of them at conventions in the past. The show has run out of steam, I hope they find something else to replace it with.

It's like we are physically incapable of ever agreeing on something when it comes to entertainment, outside of JRPGs and Pathfinder.

The show is far from bad, but it has gotten stale.

While I have nothing against RWBY(aside from the fact that my wife watches it all of the time! All of the time! All of the time! All of the time! All of the time! All of the time! All of the time! All of the time! All of the time! All of the time!), I will create a more game-appropriate playlist before I get to bed tonight.

That's similar to what I did... For many weeks in a row I would play nothing but RWBY in the background as we did our Civ LAN party.
My lady, I can quote entire swaths of dialogue from the show. I don't hate it, mind, I just don't like it. My wife is proud, she feels she can break of being a brony. THAT is not happening, but she has killed futurama for me, and almost killed a few other shows as well.

I'm kinda very strongly hoping of seeing a GaMetal rendition of Megalovania sometime soonish. There's been a LOT of people requesting it in the comments.

I blitzed through the first season of it when I was visiting Ebon and my brother this past July; he watches it and they have Netflix.
When I got back home, I promptly got Netflix and Season 2 was the first thing I watched.
Eagerly awaiting Season 3.
I thought they canceled the series after Monty Oum died. Are they trying to continue without him?

They did not cancel. They went on a production hiatus for a short time then announced that they would continue with Season 3.
In fact, it premiers Oct. 24 - this coming Saturday. I'd forgotten the date was so close.

RWBY?
A CG-animated series done by Rooster Teeth, the same group that did Red Versus Blue.
The abbreviation is pronounced "Ruby" and is the initials of the four main characters (Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Yang) as well as their team designation (also created as a combination of their initials).
It's about a group of girls (and some guys) at a school that trains monster hunters in a world overrun with creatures outside small pockets of civilization.

Haven't seen Mythbusters in years, but that show was great. One of my favourite quotes comes from Savage.
Adam Savage wrote:I reject your reality, and substitute my own.
Savage was, in turn, quoting Jeffrey Byron, starring as the character Paul Bradford in the 1984 film The Dungeonmaster (AKA RageWar).
Also of note: the villain in The Dungeonmaster (AKA RageWar), the Wizard Mestema, was played by Richard Moll, who also played Bull Shannon on Night Court
