Build yourself an Ark. Or run around screaming.

When in trouble or in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout!

Isn't that a Beatles song?

If it was it was written by Ringo.

Kidlet has a playdate today. He's very excited.

And I can almost not scream if someone touches my back or shoulder. But the headache persists. :/

Hope y'all are having a better weekend than me. :)

I invited Turin the Mad over to the FAWTY threads. He said, "isn't that some sort of club?" My response "A club. yea. Just like an insane asylum is a club. It is a place to keep US away from THEM." Hopefully I did not scare him away. ~grins~

I hope you feel better, lynora. Treppa, hopefully things are going better for you and the puffin. Tell him I said hello.

It's raining for the first time in forever, our AC is fixed, and puffin cleaned out his compy and reseated cables and found the hard drive cable wasn't seated correctly. We're hoping that was the cause of his PC problems and we'll be able to take back the replacement drive (unopened) for a refund. *crosses fingers*

So I think... maybe... possibly... things are starting to look up a tiny bit?

*hugs Sharoth and tries to pick a few gold pieces from between his scales*

~snarls as you try to pick the copper pieces from my scales~ Hey! Those are my two coppers! Leave them alone!

~grins~ Well, hopefully things get better for the two of you. It seems that lots of the Paizo peeps have been having a rough time lately.

Good morning FAWTLY Folk. Happy Sunday! Although here in Philly we have no sun currently - just clouds.

Kingmaker today - here at my house. With the wife at work for a few hours, I've got Charlie as well. Here's hoping this works out well.

And so few medals, for either our countries. :(

Mom (90 yo) fell in the bathroom today. My sis took her to the ER. She needed stitches for a cut on her elbow, but no broken bones. Silver lining? The xrays showed pneumonia, so they caught that early. She's home and on antibiotics.

Guess her osteo med is working. No broken bones is a really good thing.

Plus, it appears the ER is slow on Sunday mornings so they got her taken care of fast.

The Exchange

Sounds like there are several silver linings there E7. No broken bones, pneumonia caught early and a miraculously fast ER visit. Plus your Mom is alive and kicking at 90. All great things to be thankful for.

I bet it was nerve wracking until you found out what the prognosis was though. I know I would have been shaking.

positive waves to your mum E7

*yawn* Morning everyone. Lumbers in with a glass of tea in hand. It would be much nicer morning if I didn't woke up at 6:50.

3.5 session in three more hours.

good morning Drejk,

have a fun time playing

Oh, it was fun, we bought new house for our party, we witnessed a very one-sided sea battle and we looted what remained after the battle. However, while we were returning our crew was charmed by nereids and while w fought them I was very directly reminded why I hated the "random" encounter with nereid in BG... Duh, I succeeded on two or three Fortitude saves but finally I failed. And then Constitution check. And only one other party member was capable of reaching me before the end of third round and she had to roll 14 or more to save me. Nope, 9 was not enough.

One day and one reincarnation later I woke up as a gnome. Duh. I don't mind +2 to Constitution and +1 size bonus to AC and attack rolls. I can even live through -2 penalty to Strength. Heck, I can even stand 20 feet base speed after rolling a fear for own life as a side effect of returning to life - no more me running to others to heal them, now they will have to come to me! What pains me the most is that my handsome favored soul with penchant for female companionship is now half his size and will have to take extra effort to find women interested in gnomes.

Also, apparently there is some sort of conspiracy, our party wizard was reincarnated as a gnome after her death a few sessions before. Druid responsible for casting the spell denied any link between our current condition. We should have stick to the policy of not trusting druids...

Olympics: Go-go-go, Polish volleyball team!

On a train headed to nc! Woohoo! I wish I had done this the first time!

Side effect of dying today - because of the extended combat I couldn't stop to buy meat on my way back home before shop was closed and will have to make a long march to get that cheap meat tomorrow. Or maybe I will live on cabbage and soup tomorrow and arrange for meat at later date. I still have sausages in the fridge, after all. But mix of cabbage and minced meat taste so good... I will decide tomorrow depending upon weather and my mood after visit at employment office.

(Of course, HE was using it to create smoke bombs,...) ;P

Morning. I was woke up much earlier by rain which upset me - thankfully by now it became sunny so walking to employment office won't be a problem.

Yep bacon & black pudding sandwich, was had last night for supper. Yummy (although probably a bad idea, but that is the point of meaty tastiness).

Awake for close to 48 hours this weekend, made a f*#*load of money, got really drunk last night, went to bed at 9:30, and then somehow woke up at 4 AM feeling like a million bucks. This is f+&#ing bizarre.

Woke up a 4:00 A.M. to do bug bites. Damn Mosquitoes...
