Do these feats unbalance the Monk? Additional Ki Powers?

Also do these Ki powers break the monk?

Improved initiative and skill rolls
By spending 1 point from his ki pool, a monk can add +4 to their initiative for their next full round. Initiative returns to normal unless another Ki point is spent to maintain the bonus for the next round. Monks can also spend 1 point from his ki pool to improve a jump, stealth or acrobatics rolls by +4.

The Exchange

On the feats, is WIS added or does it replace the other ability?

Whats your suggestion?

Replace and they could be lv1 feats. Add, and they become powerful, though one could say that since the monk is so weak compared to the real combatants, it's OK.

The Exchange

I'm fine with either one.

It does help make the monk stronger and makes him superior at combat manuevers, balancing him up against the utility of the fighter, the divine powers of the paladin etc.

Other than saying monk in the feat description You may want to specify unarmed attacks or something otherwise clerics and may be rangers will be highly upset by these feats in your campaign. Unless you willing to share.
