Alkensar and the Mana Wastes

I'm trying to look for the location on of Alkenestar on the pathfinder chronicles map. However, I can't find it. I've found The shattered range, but no mention of the mana wastes, or the Ustradi River. Where are they?

Also, how big is Alekenstr? I know that it contains t least three cities, but does it contain any more?

Also, what are the mana wastes, and how big are they?

Alkenstar and the Mana Wastes are on Garund (the southern continent that touches the Inner Sea). They are north of Geb and south of Nex.
