Spontaneous casters and bonus spell slots?

Rules Questions

One of my players is playing an Oracle and she has bonus spells known due to her Mystery (based off her Oracle level). My question is that since some of these spells are not from the Cleric spell list how do I determine what level spell slot they expend? Some of these spells have different spell level depending on what class casts them (Brd 4 vs Wiz 3) etc. None of us have played a Sorcerer yet so I don't know if this applies to their bloodline spells as well...

Thanks

Bonus spells are given to the highest level spell you can currently cast.

Not to be a pain but do you have a page reference. That's the way we've been running it but I've been trying to find the rule so I can show the player.

No reference but if you look at the sorcerer list who also gets spells at even levels theirs is the same way.

Destined Bloodline for Sorcerers: alarm (3rd), blur (5th), protection from energy (7th), etc

You get alarm at 3rd level, and it is a 1st level spell. At 3rd level sorcerers can only cast first level spells. All of the other spells follow the same format. I do agree it should have been directly stated, but it is not. Every sorcerer spell works like that. You can go to another bloodline and pick a random spell and it will work the same way. You can also use the cleric spells as a reference, and try it with one of those.
