Building icons / jpgs

Kingmaker

Hey all,

Has Paizo released the building icons from Kingmaker in a editable format like jpg?

That being said have they release the city map grid that way either? All I have are the pages from my .pdf download. We've been printing them and cutting out the buildings and gluing them to printed map grids and while that's all fun I am out of houses!!! I would like to either cut/paste houses to a city map grid on my computer and simply reprint the cities now and then when they get built up a bit more or make my own sheets with a couple dozen houses and the more common building types and print those so we can physically chop them up and glue the buildings.

I don't have any kind of fancy programs for editing, just Paint.

I have exported copies of all the main map icons, and all of the buildings for kingdom building, but I'm not sure if it's OK to upload these for general use (I needed them for Fantasy Grounds)

If you have Adobe (full version may be required, it's what I have) you can use Tools > Document Processing > Export All Images (or something to that effect) to extract them.

My version of Adobe (not the full version) can't export the images.
Hopefully someone will come up with a plan, like a page filled with about half houses and half common buildings like shops and stuff.

There's a free program called SomePDF image extractor that you can use to extract the images from the Player's Guide. You can then use these in your home game as you wish. You cannot distribute them however, in any format, according to Paizo's art use policy.

That did the trick. Thanks for your help.

On another note. I have extracted the map of the Stolen Lands for my campaign using SomePDF. Unfortunately the Map Icons (Bridge, Camp, Dead Body, etc...) did not come across. Does anyone know of a way to reproduce these? My idea was to place them on 3/4" lables and stick them on the enlarged map when the party encounters them.

Draw a selection box around them and strip out the background using GIMP.

Yar.

I did the scan and convert myself. However, if you want something better than paint that is free, I suggest Paint.net

It's similar to photoshop, but completely free. The ability to work in layers is what I really love about it.

Guess I'm a bit old school. I just used paint. Worked perfectly :)
