Granted Powers for a Winter Domain

recently I've been converting my homebrew 3.5 edition to pathfinder, and was wondering if anyone has any ideas for the granted powers for a Winter Domain? I am so dead on my feet from this project and work and moving to a new apartment I just can't think of anything good and was hoping for a few suggestions.

For some inspiration, you can take a look at the Boreal Sorcerer Bloodline. You could also consider giving clerics access to the Ice and Wind Subdomains. Ice is a subdomain of Water and Wind is a Subdomain of Air, but they go well together in the context of Winter.

How about a touch ability for 1st level that slows the target down for 1 round? Winter's chill or something?

Later, maybe they can blast an area with an ongoing sleet storm?

Pretty sweet ideas right there, as soon as I'm settled in the new place I'll totally steal those ideas and use them


1st level: flurry Creates an obscuring blast of snow. Acts as Obscuring Mist for one round.
