Rune Warrior Class?

I remember hearing somewhere that they made a melee class called a Rune Warrior. Perhaps a PrC. I was wondering if this was in the works or if it was released somewhere.

Not from Wotc or Paizo. But you could fluff a Barbarian that way... give him runic tattoos and just pick from appropriate rage powers and archetype.

I believe this was a prestige class name the Runescarred Berserker in Unapproachable East, which was a Forgotten Realms supplement.

your probably thinking of the Runesmith prestige class from races of stone supplement.
