So Im thinking about running one with Pcs as a monster class. But I want to keep it heroic, and goodly aligned. Things tend to spiral out of control on evil campaigns.
Does anyone know of any module or adventures set up similar to this, or have any mechanics/methods for which the party is to deal with towns with out being killed on site?

Eberron allows monsters to visit cities, but they are more civilized than in most other settings. Some of them still have to be escorted though. You may have to make up a reason as to why monsters are more acceptable if you are using Golarion. Being tolerated does not mean being liked. They still may have to deal with treated badly. I was a teifling in a campaign, and the shop owner looked past me, pretending not to see me, and asked everyone else what they wanted to buy. I had to get another party member to buy my items for me.
I dont know of any adventure or modules that support monsters. You may just have to adjust one so that it works.

Much of this depends on what you mean by monsters, what sort of level you are looking at, and the type of game you like.
I can concive of a monster game starting with rescueing some pilgrims from the monster's darker brethrin and then escorting them to the edge of a settlement. Then through one of the pilgriims and possibly other acts of goodness and kindness such as providing food during hard times, removing dangers to the local ect. they could slowly grow to becone this town's guardians.
