Iron Bands of the Blue Dragon

I like this one :) Makes me think a little of superhero genre, but not in an off-putting way. I understand the connection of blue dragon and lightning, but I would have liked a little more connection between them, perhaps using blue dragon hide, or having the sphere carved with blue dragon imagery, but that's just a little niggle. Definitely would use in my own campaigns.
