Shield Master feat attack penalty

While using a Sword and a Shield with the Two-Weapon Fighting feat you get this attack penalty:
-2 with the Sword / -2 with the Shield

If you have Shield Master do you get:
-2 with the Sword / 0 with the Shield

Or:
0 with the Sword / 0 with the Shield

Which one?

-2 sword / +0 light shield, or -4 sword / +0 heavy shield (a heavy shield is a one-handed weapon). Shield Master doesn't affect your attack rolls with other weapons.

if you attack with the shield it will be sheild -2 / and sword -2 you have to attack with the shield firts

now saying that the shield is in you primary hand and the sword in you off hand

1) but weight
2) a light weapon only
meaning some GM will read this as a light weapons or lighter weapon so use Two-Weapon Fighting heavy steel shield and short sword (for the GM read this light weapon) for my heavy steel shiled and longsword (for GM that read it as a lighter weapon) heavy steel shield 15lb and longsword 4lb but the short sword is a light melee weapon

Please Chaoskin take a look at the "Shield Master" feat.

My doubt has nothing to do with the light/one-handed weapon size.

edit: +0 heavy shield in primary hand / -2 shortsword off-hand should work. "Light weapon" is a defined term and, in any case, the rule doesn't say "lighter weapon", so that reading would not fit the text.

then it will be sheild +0 \ sword -2 or if your sword is in you primary hand and the shield in you off hand

it will be sword -2 \sheild +0

look at pg 142 under martial weapons, sheild heavy its a one-handed melee weapons you have to have a light weapon or the penalties will be more for the other weapon he using
